What Is EAGLECELL™

EAGLECELL™ is a recyclable, eco-friendly alternative to plastic, metal and wood as an all-paper honeycomb graphics board with a 100% fully recyclable paper core and surface papers. EAGLECELL™ features triple-thick, bright white clay coated liners manufactured for superior ink coverage and exceptional colour gloss. The Kraft colour core is bonded to bright-white SFI certified surface papers—part of the ColorOne™ White Point Management System.

How Is EAGLECELL™ Made

EAGLECELL™ is made from a 100% fully recyclable paper core and surface liners with a honeycomb structural design. The core is developed with a series of triangular cells with a proprietary open core design and engineered with 95% open space making it lightweight with a high strength, rigidity and warp resistance with the ability to carry heavy, compressive, and bending loads.

The core is bonded to bright-white SFI certified surface papers as part of the new Gilman Brothers ColorOne™ White Point Management System that delivers ideal colour balance under any light source and making it perfect for exhibition and display applications where more than one type of board may be required. This is particularly important for logo prints in which having accurate colour displays and consistency throughout the full line of white graphic boards is crucial.

The EAGLECELL™ graphics board is available in both White and Kraft in the Core Colour and Liner Colour, with White/Kraft/White and White/White/White combinations. The graphics board is available in, 6.35mm, 12.7mm the popular 19.05mm, up to 50.8mm thicknesses; from 1,219mm x 2,438mm up to custom widths and lengths of 3,657mm x 4,876mm.

Due to EAGLECELL™ proprietary open core design engineered with 95% open space, the honeycomb graphic boards are lightweight while delivering superior structural strength similar to I-beam that makes it perfect for carrying shear, bending and compressive loads which provide outstanding strength, rigidity and warp resistance.

According to third party testing, EAGLECELL™ provides superior compressive strength with a higher PSI than competing boards.

Moisture-Resistant Clay Coated Printing Surface

The triple-thick, bright white clay coated liners used in the EAGLECELL™ result in superior ink coverage and exceptional colour gloss. Being a part of the Gilman Brothers ColorOne™ White Point Management System also provides the graphics board with better colour displays.

All EAGLECELL™ Graphic Boards Are Shipped in Paper

Packaged in cartons made from 100% recycled paper and are completely biodegradable. The honeycomb pallets are lighter than wood and made from 100% recyclable, biodegradable material making them even easier to transport and deliver, and can be baled and disposed of with other corrugated and paper products.
